Baserunning vs Burning the Strip!

Measuring the distance between the hit baseball and the next base or cut-off man can make the difference in 90 ft. Rounding bases properly not only shortens the time takes to run to the next base , it improves your team's scoring opportunities.

Pitching vs Chucking!

An equal and opposite arm position allows pitchers to deliver the baseball over the front leg side. Eli is not only improving velocity but mechanically maintaining shoulder, elbow, and over all arm health. Donovan builds core strength and circle separation points through medicine ball drills.
